Small studio (1 room, kitchen, small bathroom) for 2, with modern furnishings, private terrace + garden, NETFLIX, Amazon PRIME & Music, Amazon MUSIC, Alexa, free parking, free coffee & tea, all at the foot of the Reichsburg. The studio is located at the back of the house, one floor below the main street - so you have to go down 12 steps. Because the bathroom and toilet are small, we recommend overweight or very tall people to read the description carefully and see all the pictures.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.
