Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

The idyllically located apartment is located in the Feste Dilsberg and is embedded in the historic city wall. It includes a small kitchen-living room, shower/toilet as well as a large living room and bedroom. Two steps lead to a slightly higher dining area. Part of the windows are recessed into the historic city wall and offer a fantastic view of the Neckar Valley. Dilsberg is an ideal starting point for hiking and beautiful excursion destinations.

The kitchen is of very high quality & modern design. In the hallway to the bedroom there is also a closet to store clothes. The bedroom consists of a double bed, as well as a closet. Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

The historic old town of Neckargemünd can be easily reached on foot via beautiful meadow orchards, the world-famous old town of Heidelberg is only 15 minutes away by public transport. Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!

The lovingly renovated attic apartment with loggia offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the Neckar Valley and the Kraichgau. There is an open plan kitchen, dining, living area and 2 bedrooms. A staircase leads to the converted attic. The turn of the century with sheep pasture and spring lies in front of the walls of the historic festivals of Dilsberg and invites you to relax. We ask for attention to the Nachtruhe from 10 pm.

Supermarket, bars and restaurants are close by. Check-in after 3 pm. Exceptions possible but please contact me beforehand. Key-Safe for Check-in (after 3 p.m.) Not suitable for kids. City Tax included in price (Heidelberg takes 3,50 Euro per person per night)

The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area with forest views, just 25 minutes (19 km) from Heidelberg. Due to the southwestern location, the apartment is very sunny. Schönau is an old monastery town with a monastery complex and chicken farm on the edge of the Odenwald. Hiking trails to the Neckar Valley and the Odenwald start not far from the apartment.
