From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor, you will find cosy sleeping spaces. Vacation at the horse and sanctuary

Enjoy peace and quiet in the middle of nature. Unwind and spend time with the animals (horses, sheep, pigs, rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs & cats) at the farm. The area invites you to hiking or cycling trips to the Celtic stone circle (1 km) or treetop trail (4 km). Of course, you can learn to ride at the farm as well as go on extensive rides. Spacy apartment near the Danube Valley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. There would also be room for your own horses at the farm. For riding enthusiasts, a wide variety of ponies and horses, suitable for beginners or demanding, are available. Relaxed atmosphere (the farm is also being renovated). Petting animals for the kids and lots of nature make beautiful days fly by. Interesting excursion opportunities are also available.

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.
