Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, der Bahnhof ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, zwei Supermärkte, Bäcker und Metzger sind ebenfalls mit kurzen Wegen erreichbar.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
