Small home, in the heart of the city

You can borrow my studio home located in city center of Kouvola. My home is across the market square. Neighbors are rather elederly people. Some noise you can hear ofcourse, since it s a question about appartmentbuilding from 1970. I have a dog, chihuahua Mila, so even though I clean up, its possible to find some hair. Mine or Milas. So my home is not suitable for dog-allergic persons. For the sleeping, I have a 120x200 size of a bed. Its very good for one person, but bit tight for two.

The apartment has a sauna and a glazed furnished balcony that is comfortable to cool off after the sauna. There is space down the street for free parking.

The apartment building is quiet and tidy. There is a market (Sale) next door, where it is easy to pick up breakfast items (open every day from 7am to 11pm). Free parking in the yard. The apartment is located in a small house with private entrance opposite to our own house. No nextdoor neighbours. One double bed (width 160 cm) or two separate beds (width 80cm) and possibility for an extra bed on a sofa bed (width 100cm).
