River Birs which is almost in front of the house is giving you an opportunity for a refreshing walk, jogging, swimming, sunbath, or BBQ. City center 10min by tram, 30 min by a walk along the wonderful river Rhine. St. Jakob 10min to walk. SBB train st. 15min with the tram.

Studio T&C - Where you feel comfortable!

The studio with its own entrance is located on the basement floor of a house in the "Seidentor" residential complex, with a total of 16 condominiums. It has a large window with overhead and outside light. The studio measures just under 20 m², has a sitting area (with sofa bed), a counter and a large double bed. It also has a wet area with its own shower, sink and toilet. There is no cooking facility, but it has a small fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker.

Cozy light-flooded studio 35 m² for up to 2 people in a quiet residential area in Grenzach, ideal for a work stay in Basel or for visits to southern Baden, Alsace and Switzerland. 3 minutes to the bus to Basel, 5 minutes to Grenzach train station. Parking. The studio on the 2nd floor of an apartment building has a small balcony overlooking the countryside. Modernly furnished with good mattresses and new shower. The cozy apartment with double bed, sofa and desk is located in the middle of the trade fair area in a quiet backyard. From here it is a five minute walk to Messe Basel, the Musical Theater, or the Badisches Bahnhof. The bus line 30 to the city center stops around the corner. The two rooms are like a separate small apartment with bathroom and kitchenette, and are located on the 2nd floor of my house. So the guests have contact with me and my family, but can also be alone. You can enjoy the morning sun and the evening sun with views over the gardens. The apartment is also ideal if you need a temporary place to stay.
