In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Relax into nature, take a break from wifi & melt into this cosy and romantic space by yourself or with your partner. You can watch the sunset every night while sitting curled up on the sofa out on the balcony overlooking the lake. You have full access to the art studio. There is a desk, paint brushes and pencils as well as an easel and lots of art books. You are right on the water with access to a SUP & a pier. Jump into the lake and leave your holiday feeling relaxed, nourished and loved.

The holiday home is located on a plot, built with 2 residential buildings, enclosed by a fence. 100 m to the shopping market, 2.5 km to the Kyritz lake chain, 22 km to Neuruppin, 20 km to the A 24 motorway. Cycling, hiking, fishing, water tourism. Pets are not allowed. The house is a non-smoking property. For more than two people, please request a price. 1 car parking space on the property.

The house with the approx. 42 m² is for max. 3 people, and invites you to enjoy and rest with the terrace with seating. The sunbathing lawn, jetty, barbecue area and a campfire area as well as a small playground complete the ensemble. The lake with its abundance of fish is a must for all anglers.

Hi, I'm Inge. I am standing here incredibly idyllically in the middle of the forest at the picturesque Lake Zermützelsee. I belong to the Waldschenke Stendenitz, an artistically colorful excursion restaurant with really delicious food. I am just the thing for nature lovers, forest walkers, lake bathers, sunbathers and fresh air relaxers. I am pretty and modernly furnished and actually have everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

We rent our nice little cottage 27m2, 2 minutes walking distance from Wandlitzsee to Strandbad 3 minutes to Surfyng club about 5 minutes, 500 m from Wandlitzsee Bhf. Baker, shopping or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop in front of the door, nearby Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity Wifi is not available everywhere. We offer a small cozy and lovingly furnished bungalow with garden for max. 2 people. The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a couch in the living room where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).

Our bungalow is located on the edge of the forest and within walking distance of Grünefelder See. But Berlin could also be reached by train in about 15 minutes.
