The spacious apartment, designed in a typical Italian style, is equipped with a wooden and stone kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, and two bedrooms. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.
