The approx. 45sqm apartment is located in a quiet settlement on the outskirts of Wolbeck on the ground floor of our family house and is accessible via a side entrance. The house was extensively renovated in 2020 and offers modern facilities. The apartment includes a living room, a bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom, so there is room for two friends or a couple possibly also with kids. For guests with electric car there is the possibility to use a wallbox by arrangement.

Since my little grandchildren are visiting the apartment from time to time, the apartment is quite childproof and contains some children's toys.

Or around to the left, for a leap into the city.

The nearest bus stop is just 200 metres away, from where Marl-Sinsen Train Station or Marl-Mitte S-Bahn Station can be reached in a few minutes with connections to Münster or Essen or Haltern am See or Wuppertal.
