Come enjoy our cabin on 40 acres with above ground pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day (solar cover)! Cabin has a set of bunk beds and a full size bed also. Supplied cooking appliances include a gas grill, air fryer, and instant pot. Mini fridge/freezer in cabin. Running water from spicket. New outdoor shower!Outdoor port-a potty .Also has area for fire, wood available to purchase. No linens or trash bags provided and trash must be carried out. No pets! The seasonal hot tub is up by the barn!

Walk 0.6 miles to downtown Muncie, less than 2 miles to Ball State Univ. and 2 blocks to the Bob Ross Experience (Minnetrista). Nearby eatery and brewery options. We do not require a pet deposit but if your pet causes any damage we will request restitution through this sight.
