This lovely little retreat will not disappoint. I think you will find it to be a relaxing and comfortable place to spend your time in Muncie. We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, xfinity flex with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Enjoy the amazing kitchen and dining room. All 3 bedrooms each have their own television. The home is sleek, clean, and new. The location is right off of McGALLIARD close to many dining locations, IU hospital, and BSU. Beautiful back patio with dining that includes a built in fire pit and chairs. The BSU football stadium is in the backyard. The home also has a very nice two car attached garage.

Historic neighborhood. One block to BSU Village and less than 1 mile to downtown; Ball Memorial Hospital just few blocks down the same street. Registered historic property; truly walking distance to BSU for those visitors who don’t want to drive. Off-street parking is in the back alley. We kindly ask guests to be considerate to neighbors. Keep in mind, this house is near a college campus, and during graduation and sports events students/neighbors may be celebrating outside.
