The rooms have beds, with rooms 1 & 2 having beds with a width of 140 x 200 cm, and room 3 having a bed of 120 x 200 cm. A fully equipped American kitchen is at your disposal. Family-friendly. A parking space for cars and bicycles is available. The proximity to cities such as Ingolstadt (15 min), Munich (55 min), Regensburg (40 min), and Nuremberg (55 min) can be reached by car/train.

In Siegenburg (4 km), you'll find restaurants, shops and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, there are bicycles, toys, table tennis, table football and an outdoor play area available. Lovingly furnished private accommodation in a quiet but central location in the heart of the Hallertau! The spacious loft for two to three adults or two adults and two children has a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a sofa bed (1.45 x 2 m). A private bathroom, which is currently separated by a curtain, and a well-equipped kitchen are available. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached via its own entrance. A balcony is available. Pets are welcome!

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
