It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

This cute little apartment is located in Freyburg, in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. It is also called the Tuscany of the North, which we have also dedicated to our apartment. With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. Wer es gemütlich mag, verbringt die Zeit im liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus, spielt eine Runde Dart oder Billard oder wirft den Grill an, mit leckeren Spezialitäten vom Fleischer nebenan. Den Abend lässt man entspannt an der Feuerschale ausklingen. Leipzig und Halle sind in 30–40 Minuten erreichbar.

Quiet 2-room apartment (60 sqm) with Saale view It is an apartment on the garden level with a private terrace overlooking the Saale. The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

Stay in a waterfront loft with your own kayak

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. In just a few steps you can reach the sandy beach, which invites you to bathe and swim. The apartment has two stand-up paddles that can also be used. You can easily explore Lake Goitzsche and adjacent lakes by bike. A dream for nature lovers! The apartment complex is still in the development phase. We would like to point out possible impairments.

Make yourself comfortable on vacation. Two in the lake cottage "Zweiufer." A nice, small cottage with high quality of stay in all weather. It's all there. You're all that's missing. Enjoy the days – both in summer and winter. Breakfast on the sun terrace. A walk around the lake. An excursion by boat. An excursion into the surrounding area. An evening by the campfire.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
