It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Come and stay in one of our 9 completely new Lodge apartments (from 4 to 7 people) in "Modern Alpine Style". Furthermore, the Lodge has a sauna, infrared cabin, wood-fired hot tub, spacious garden, heated ski (boot) space and private parking space. Located at 1,350m altitude, 25m from piste and ski bus stop. There are 3 fun parks in our ski area!

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
