Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

Cosy double bed with electrically adjustable headboards, complete small kitchen, daylight bathroom. Very quiet house in a central location. I offer a nice, comfortably furnished and quietly located granny apartment for rent. It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.

Apartment is very spacious. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub and very large. Here you can relax, experience relaxing days in harmony with a wonderful nature. All rooms with kitchen and bathroom can be fully used. In the vicinity you will find great hiking routes, reservoirs, Europe's largest extinguished volcano and even a swimming pool nearby on foot. A thermal bath with salt cave is 13 km away (Bad Salzhausen).

In der unteren Etage des Gebäudes befindet sich unser kleines Hofcafé, das nur am Wochenende geöffnet ist. Von dort geht es über eine Treppe zum Loft. Die Wohnebene ist ca. 65qm groß, eine offene Schlafebene ist über eine weitere Treppe zu erreichen!
