Ideally located 10 minutes from Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 20 minutes from St Malo, this fully equipped 35m² gîte will offer you an ideal moment of relaxation with an outdoor jacuzzi heated all year round. Located 1 km from the center of Plouër-sur-Rance and its shops and 800 m from the Rance, the La Renardais cottage is perfect for a stay in the heart of the Rance Valley. Completely independent, the cottage is located in the garden of our property where we live all yearround.

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

A beautiful collection of old stone cottages on the edge of a sleepy hamlet a few hundred yards from the idyllic Rance estuary. Cosy in winter - with 2 wood stoves and a stunning kitchen/dining extension. And perfect in summer with a huge garden, patios, and woods. We only rent the entire property to ONE group at a time. It is suitable for a family, or a larger group of up to 8 adults, maximum.

Romantic storytelling house

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.

Waterfront apartment

You will stay in a unique place: an old tide mill on the Rance river. All windows are facing water, whether the marina or the Rance river. You can go swimming, sailing, kayaking, etc. There are also numerous hikes that we can suggest. If you fancy visiting old towns, you can go to Dinan (15 minutes) or Saint-Malo and Dinard (20 minutes).
