A new house in the typical style of the Istrian region with a fantastic view of the landscape to the sea. This includes a large heated infinity pool for your sole use and a spacious outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Note: Pool can be heated from April to October. Heating costs €20 for max 12 hours/day and will be charged additionally.

It sits on 3 sides on the streets, and two levels have street acces which allows us to create two units which can function independently, but which have staircase connection between them. Around the house we created a seating area.
