The house is located on the landlord's 3000 sqm plot with a south-facing location where you can see the sunrise over the bay. With about 100 meters to the area's own sandy beach and swimming jetty, you have a bathing suit distance to a swim in the sea!

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

20 sqm apartment in scenic area, close to the sea and nature. You have a small patio to use, 3 minutes to the beach & sea. A lovely walk along the water or through the forest, the area also offers popular bike paths. Parking is included. Close to Gustavsberg where you will find cafés, restaurants, shopping and activities. The apartment has a 160 cm double bed, dining area, kitchen, TV & a sofa bed. Bathroom with washing machine.
