It is 3 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground. Parking costs €10.00 per day.

The house, surrounded by a sheltered garden, is located on a sunny slope in the small hamlet of Langackern between meadows and forests. The sleeping and living areas have an exit to the balcony overlooking the city and the cathedral over the Black Forest in the south as well as green spaces, forest and the lake in front of the house.
