Welcome to our modern furnished attic apartment with beautiful views of the Hegauberge. An approximately 80 square meter and bright apartment awaits you: with fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee maker); large living room with TV and a dining area and a covered balcony; large bedroom with double bed and single bed (if necessary also a baby travel bed); small bathroom with shower and toilet. A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cosy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna and table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

100m to the lake: Beautiful flat with lake view

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Our place is ideal for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). A good starting point for day trips, including to neighboring Switzerland and Austria. The idyllically located apartment in the countryside has been freshly renovated and newly furnished. On the south balcony you can enjoy the sun all day and spend cozy evenings in the open kitchen. Directly from the apartment you can have walks or bike rides through the fields or along the lake. The apartment is also a good starting point for excursions (e.g. Stein am Rhein, the island of Reichenau, Radolfzell and Konstanz).

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time."
