Ideally located 20 minutes from Les Gets , Sommand, Praz de Lys ski resorts for skiing or hiking lovers in summer, but also 5 minutes from Marignier city center and all amenities( bakery, supermarket...) We are also 40 minutes from Annecy and 1 hour from Geneva. The house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, on a hill with a view of the Mole, Bargy. The bedroom consists of a bathroom with personal toilet and shower and a separate entrance.

Located at an altitude of 1000 meters, you can practice: hiking in summer and all the pleasures of snow in winter. You can come and relax on your own, as a couple, as a family, as a group.

All of our bedrooms have been recently renovated in a welcoming Savoyard style with natural wood and a mountain style deco. They all have a balcony either looking over the Super Morzine or Pleney side of the valley.
