Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

L'alloggio recentemente ristrutturato può ospitare fino a 6 persone! LE PARTENZE DEGLI IMPANTI DI SCI SI TROVANO A SOLO 3,5 KM DALLA CASA. 2 ottimi ristoranti e un bar/pasticceria/panetteria molto vicini alla casa possono rendere più piacevole il vostro soggiorno.

“La casa del bucato” è stata così chiamata perché è posizionata nelle vicinanze del lavatoio che un tempo (e qualche volta ancora oggi) veniva usato dalle donne del borgo per fare il bucato, “l’ansiva” appunto. Questa piccola ma accogliente casa, completamente accessibile, curato nei minimi dettagli per cullarvi nella suggestione montana, è costituita da un unico ambiente che ospita un letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura e un bagno e affaccia su l’area esterna attrezzata adibita a solarium.

Ottima base d'appoggio e comodo punto di partenza per chi vuole esplorare l'intera regione, ideale per escursionisti, sciatori, arrampicatori e amanti della montagna. Nel periodo invernale é presente una stufa a pellet ed una caldaia a gas in bagno. Non adatto bambini 0\12. Tassa soggiorno inclusa nei costi. Questo bilocale si trova in una casa immersa nel verde nella prima collina di Saint Vincent. A duecento metri dalle terme e a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro. Si trova al piano superiore di un' altra unità in affitto. E' un ottima sistemazione per chi cerca pace e relax ma anche un punto di partenza per gite in tutta la Valle d'Aosta. Dal balcone si gode di una bellissima vista sulla valle.
