Ca' Ninota Apartment

This is an apartment renovated according to the principles of bio-architecture, respecting the farmhouse that dates back to the mid-eighteenth century. The vaults and a wall in the living area left exposed emphasize the antiquity of the place where you will stay. The kitchen is modern with an induction hob and is equipped with every cooking utensil. The table is a unique piece that enriches the environment. The bathroom is ultra-design, especially the shower that has been created from a niche.

The house on the shore is a spacious and comfortable apartment located on the sea in an elegant building from the 1920s of the last century. Just two steps separate it from the famous beach. It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. The slightly elevated position allows you to have a great view of the sea even when the cabins of the beach resorts in front are set up.

Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.

Casa Statiella is close to Acqui Terme city centre and only 500 metres from the spa area and its large swimming pool and is an ideal starting point to explore the gastronomic, historical and naturalistic riches of Alto Monferrato. In an hour's drive you can reach the Ligurian Riviera or visit the great cities of northern Italy. My place is good for couples, sole adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

We offer an entire apartment in Barolo, in our family house. The house is very close to the centre of the village, in quiet and panoramic position. The apartment includes a kitchen opening on a spacious living-room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (the two beds can be transformed into a double bed) and one bathroom. The price does not include the city tax which is 1,50 € per day per person, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
