Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Haus Charlotte is located directly on the traffic-calmed main road (play street) of Binz. At one end, the main road of Binz closes with the pier, at the other end in extension with Lake Schmacht. Our house itself houses 2 shops, a fashion shop and the Küsteneck, full of souvenirs typical of Rügen. Many shops line the main street.
