The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

Beautiful, bright 2 bedroom attic apartment. With private parking space directly in front of the door, bathtub, washer dryer (combination unit), a built-in kitchen. Quietly located just off the harbor. One bedroom with bed and chest of clothing, the living room has a spacious leather couch. The tourist tax, which is usually on top, is already included. There is a studio apartment(35 square meters) with a fold-out sofa for two people(120 cm). Guests can use the kitchen equipment, smart TV, washing machine (costs extra). Towels and bed linen are available. The check-in time can always be arranged in person, please let me know in advance. The apartment is not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
