Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Schöne Maisonette (fast) am Meer

Die helle und freundliche Unterkunft befindet sich im ersten Stock, sowie dem Dachgeschoss eines Hauses mit insgesamt vier Wohnungen. Dieses steht in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung am Rande des kleinen Ortes Trassenheide auf Usedom. Die hübsche kleine Ferienanlage wurde rund um eine historische Mühle in einem wunderschönen, gepflegten Garten erbaut. Das Meer ist nur einen Spaziergang weit entfernt. Zu Fuß durch den wunderschönen Dünenwald (20-30 min). Oder mit dem Rad/Auto zur Strandpromenade.

Traumhaftes Reetdachhaus mit direktem Blick auf das Achterwasser, sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Feel welcome in our 5-star apartment. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 box spring beds, 1 double bed and a baby crib available. The living-dining area has a large flat-screen TV, hi-fi system, Wi-Fi. Our kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances. Brand new is the hot air fryer. One bathroom is furnished with toilet, walk-in shower and bathtub, the second bathroom with toilet, washing machine and dryer. The garden is completely enclosed. The car can be parked on the premises.

Vacation home of the Laß family

We rent a centrally and quietly located bungalow in the Birkenhain holiday resort in the immediate vicinity of the beach (1500 m). The cottage has a size of 56 m² including a 20 m² conservatory. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a couch. The vacation home is best suited for 2 people. In the living room, however, there is the possibility to fold out the couch into a sleeping option (2 people). The vacation home has air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

In the middle of a birch grove, on about 500 square meters of separate, non-visible property surrounded by a hedge, lies our idyllic Swedish wooden house.
