The apartment is located in Zortea, a small village close to Canal S. Bovo, belonging to the charming and quiet Vanoi valley adjacent to the renowned Fiera d Primiero, Mezzano (since 2010, part of the "Most Beautiful Villages of Italy"), San Martino di Castrozza and Canal San Bovo. The apartment is located on the first floor of a typical mountain farmhouse completely renovated and is on one level with a mezzanine floor that serves as a wardrobe and a double bedroom. The open plan main floor houses the living room with a comfortable sofa, the dining room and the kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, fridge and freezer. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment has a typical mountain terrace that runs along the entire perimeter of the house and offers a magnificent view of the Vanoi valley. In front of the house convenient parking. Minimarket at 40 meters. The apartment has a programmable pellet stove heating and ensures a pleasant comfort in all seasons. Pets: The apartment is open to our animal friends, however, we only receive small pets and no more than one per booking. Reservations that include a pet have an additional cost of € 40 on the total reservation. For special needs please let us know in advance by message to find a possible solution together :-) Winter activities: 27 km away is the renowned ski resort of San Martino di Castrozza - Rolle pass which is part of the Dolomites ski area. 25 km away are the Lagorai ski lifts - Brocon pass, with its 15 slopes (10 km) and 2 snow parks offering the possibility to ski in a beautiful area with very competitive prices. 6 km away is the 8 km track at the Calaita lake, which boasts an incomparable view of the Cimon della Pala with various rings that run on flat meadows or on modest slopes. Free access to the runway. Skating rink at the village of Transacqua at 15 km. The other valleys of the Dolomites (Fiemme, Fassa, Gardena, AltaBadia ...) are reachable within 60 minutes by car. The cities of Venice, Padua and Bolzano can be reached in 2 hours, the city of Trento in 1 and a half hours.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Shops and grocery stores are just a few meters away, and festivals and historical reenactments take place in front of our windows. Pets are welcome, although according to condominium regulations, only small pets are allowed. The apartment is on the third floor of a noble historic building without an elevator. Fiera di Primiero

Ground floor apartment, with a shared garden, a stone's throw from the center of Fiera di Primiero. The living area, renovated in 2018, features: traditional oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, smart TV and a comfortable three-seater sofa. Two bedrooms, one double, overlooking the Pale di San Martino, and one with a bunk bed. A small bathroom with shower and washing machine.
