A place to stay for days, to think, relax, cook and eat, catch the sun, write and eventually work with a very fast wifi reaching the garden as well. The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. The big garden is the natural extension of the house.. hammock, fireplace, tables and spaces among olive and lemon trees, hidden from tourists routes, perfectly inside the village.

Ancient independent and finely restored little house situated in a calm and picturesque area in the center of Modica Alta. Romantic terrace with splendid views, separate kitchen, loft with a comfortable bed, A/C, FIBER internet. All facilities are just a 5min walk. Bakery with fresh lasagna and Modican 'scacce' and traditional cooked meals to take away as well as Nice restaurants, pizza places, supermarket at walking distance (piazza santa teresa). Free parking at a few minutes walking.

We are in the historic center. Independent house, with spectacular panoramic view (about 90 steps to get there, typical in Modica), bright and furnished with care. Terrace, living room with sofa, open kitchen and dining table. Two bedrooms, one with a large bed (tatami with futon) and a wonderful view, the other smaller (tatami with futon) and a tall window.
