The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. It is located in the center of the mountain town of Chiaramonte Gulfi,right in the front of town hall,at the end of a courtyard where parking is free.About 100-200 meters away are all the various shops,bars,restaurants,the main square. It is a "real house",welcoming,equipped,well heated.The large vaults,the huge terrace and two further rooms under stone arches in the basement make it special and with a charms all its own. The hostess decorated it with particular pieces.

I am renting my single-family home located 500 meters from the historic center. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen and a loft with a small bedroom. Set in a quiet setting, with a unique rocky panorama, Casa di Saro is located in an area with free public parking and essential services (pharmacy about 250 meters away, supermarket about 10 meters away). The house can be easily reached by car.
