La Bellaria di Sicilia is an old stone barn, restored to become a comfortable country home. The guests's place is a newly restored loft on two levels, with a separate entrance a lovely courtyard facing the fields. The property, dating back to 1926, has been totally restored and recently renovated, fully preserving the style of the time. The ancient stone walls, recently restored, guarantee maximum thermal insulation both in winter and summer. Outside there is a stone patio, a spacious veranda and a covered area with a barbecue.

Our cottage "TERRACE ON THE PARK " is located in the green of carob, almond and olive trees in the most important and beautiful part of the archaeological park of Cava Ispica in Modica (RG). The structure dates back to the early years of the 900 (1926), meticulously restored preserving the style of the time. It consists of a large masonry kitchen, living room with sofa bed, pellet stove and TV, attic with two bedrooms, one double and one double with lounger.
