The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Autumn is finally here! The wagon stands on the edge of the forest with views of hilly meadows. The birds chirp cheerfully and the forest lake calls the hardened to a swim (12 min walk). You'll be sitting on the terrace all day, making campfires and chilling out – and heating up the sauna in the evening! When it gets cold, you can heat up the kitchen stove and make yourself comfortable. Since the civilization is far away, go shopping beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

The apartment "Frühlingswiese", on our lovingly restored former farm, is in a quiet location in the district of Zaschendorf, in Meissen. Just 20km from the cultural metropolis of Dresden, you can enjoy pure nature. Take advantage of our large farm garden to relax in the countryside - in summer by the pool or in winter in the garden sauna. Children are welcome - they have their own playground, a sandpit and our cat is looking forward to petting units.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.
