Pavilions Garden Cottages - Olaf and Tilia

Inside the private Pavilion gardens you will find two separate cottages - Olaf and Tilia. They are ‘tiny houses’ – small but perfect with every amenity and fully self-contained. Olaf is nestled in the garden, surrounded by trees and flowers. Tilia, at the top of the drive, enjoys a rural view up the hill with sheep, cows and the odd kangaroo jumping by. The Chapel at Welby Park Manor

Built in the 1870's, Welby Park Manor is one of the oldest homes in the Highlands. The Chapel is a freestanding sandstone guest cottage with private entry and outdoor area. The property is a two-minute drive from the Mittagong shops, a seven-minute drive to both Bowral and Berrima, and close to local wineries and restaurants. A new bathroom is currently under construction and will be completed by 17th December. The renovations also include a kitchenette.

Chagall's Shed

A rustic hideaway at the bottom of our half-acre garden under gum trees filled with native birds. There's a small private garden at the rear, a sprawling vege patch and the fire pit in front. The 5x8 metre building has a small ensuite and bar fridge. There's no TV but the WIFI is fast and a projector with HDMI connection is discretely placed to project streamed cinema onto the wall. We are just 2km from the town's best cafes and Mittagong Station.
