Our B&B “Al Pozzo” is part of an old farmhouse restored and refurbished. It is situated right on the path leading to the “Basilica di S. Pietro Al Monte” (http:/www.amicidisanpietro.it), a monument considered to be a jewel of Romanesque art (X-XI century). And further on along the path are our wonderful montains with its Monte Cornizzolo, a peak famous for paragliding (www.cornizzolo.com). Is is a very short distance from the cliffs, where climbing enthusiasts will enjoy various levels of difficulties in this adventurous sport. There are easy links to che cities of Milan, Como, Bergamo, to the picturesque towns of Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and to Switzerland. And just 4 Km from “Al Pozzo” you can visit the beautiful historical city of Lecco, on Lake Como, with its amazing views famously described in the novel “The Betrothed” by A. Manzoni. A bit about us: we are a family made up of a young couple, Barbara and Beppe, and two children, Ale and Franci, lovers of mountains and nature. We grow our own organic vegetables, we have two dogs and even a stable with twenty odd goats which help us produce a high-quality homemade cheese! You will be able to taste it at breakfast or it you choose to dine comfortably at our typical restaurant part of the farmhouse structure- We are looking forward to your visit!

The B&B Il Gatto Nero is located in a 1904 farmhouse with a wood and stone structure. Surrounded by woods at 700 meters above sea level (we are in the mountains) with beautiful lake views. 5 km from the beaches, 80 km From Milan, 30 km. From Varese, 40 km. From Lugano. Suitable for physical and mental relaxation The paved mountain road (with curves) that leads to our house can be easily reached in 10 minutes by car. The apartment is on the first floor on two levels with a balcony with a spectacular view of the lake and mountains, it has an equipped kitchen, TV, sofa, large balcony at the entrance , private parking both inside and outside the structure, Nearby you can find bars, grocery stores, newsstands, agritourism. Through a walk you immediately arrive at Domaso to the river where you can treat yourself to a swim in the waterfalls, a tour of the historic center or to the lake.

The B&B, a villa surrounded by greenery, is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of the city. You will have 4 bedrooms for a total of 10 beds, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a terrace. Garden and kitchen are shared with the Host. Breakfast is included and we prepare it from 7.30 to 9.30 either in the garden or in the kitchen. The use of the kitchen is allowed but it must be left clean and tidy. Parking for two cars is in front of the house.

Our B&B is located on the most romantic of the Italian lakes: “lago d’Orta”, in the county of Alzo in the municipality of Pella (on the western side). The house is only 5 minutes from the lake shore of Pella (the beach, sailing club etc), 15 minutes from Omegna, Borgomanero, Orta Saint Giulio and the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso, at 30 minutes from the Mottarone and Valsesia.
