Cozy vacation home in beautiful Odenwald

My house, which is approximately 115 square meters, is quietly located near the forest, without through traffic. There are many family-friendly activities in the area, such as a bike park, a summer toboggan run, a reservoir... and attractive small towns. From the wrap-around balcony (2 sides of the house), you can enjoy a view of unspoiled nature. Families with children, those seeking peace and quiet, sports enthusiasts, couples, groups, pets – everyone is welcome. My cozy house has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom, a garage and underfloor heating.

Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted outbuilding of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for heating on the farm. There are still 20 chickens here, providing fresh eggs every day, and 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, seating area and fire pit in the garden are free of charge. There is an additional cost of €15 per sauna session for 2 people, which can be arranged on site, or you can book a walk with the horses.

Between Spessart and Odenwald 1-6 people +2 small children

The house is situated in a rural district, in a quiet residential area. To Wertheim Reinhardshof about 6 km, Wertheim city center 10 km, Wertheim Village 16 km. To the Tauber Valley cycle path approx. 2 km, to the Main Valley cycle path approx. 10 km. The surroundings, Spessart and Odenwald are very popular with hikers. Many attractions are in the vicinity. We are happy to help you plan your excursions. In the village there is a bakery with groceries. The closest supermarket is 6 km away.

Modern, fully equipped apartment - close to the vineyard

The fully equipped, modern apartment (95 m²) with separate entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the spacious and bright apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Alternative wooden house

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.

Beautiful guest apartment with hot tub

Located in Fürth in the Odenwald, the separate guest apartment (renovated approx. 45 sqm/2021) offers a cozy ambience and has its own entrance with garden. As a special highlight, there is a 2.20 m x 2.30 m hot tub (up to 5 people) for sole and private use on the covered terrace. It is available day and night at no extra cost, even in winter.

Wild, charming, authentic little house between forest and field. Great for Families or for People who need a real break from the city, maybe just with a friend- no internet- just the fire-place, a good wine and good talk, or hot chocolate and a nice fairytale. (we sell our own game- to make it even more authentic).

Beautiful spacious apartment  for the whole family The 3-room apartment (for 1 to 8 people) is on the first floor and has a separate entrance.  The apartment has about 95 m², with a terrace with approx. 45 m² and a balcony with 6 m². Pets are welcome here. We charge a one-off fee of €70 per pet for each animal.
