The living room with kitchen has a fireplace, a couch, and a large window overlooking the water. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom provides comfortable 100% natural mattresses. Jarovecké rameno is a protected area. From the terrace of the houseboat, it is possible to watch fish, beavers, ducks or swans. At the same time, it is possible to explore the surroundings by canoe, paddleboard or bicycle.

On the covered terrace, an INFRARED SAUNA and a TUB BATH are available to our guests. "a land of a thousand islands, where tranquility also comes to rest" We are an ideal choice for those who want passive and active recreation. The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

Living on the second longest river in Europe brings a lot of experiences and unforgettable views of the spectrum of animals. Each season has its own specifics and the houseboat is habitable all year round. Floor heating and a romantic stove guarantee warmth in winter. Life directly on the water brings many possibilities, especially those associated with water. You can rent a paddle board, water bike, canoe, electric boat, or motor boat, or ride a speedboat to the center of Bratislava, or to Devín Castle.

A modern house in a quiet area with a large private plot, artificial turf, and space for a barbecue or fire pit. Downstairs, there’s a spacious living room with a kitchen, TV, sofa bed, shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are two cosy bedrooms, a bathtub, and a separate toilet. Nearby, there’s a football and hockeyball pitch, as well as a Biedronka supermarket. In May, June, July and August, there will be an ice cream stand on the property, where there will be people moving around at times.

It is separated by a fence from the other house in this garden, located under a huge tree, in Bratislava /Ružinov/, app. 25 min. by tram from the city center (10 min. by car). It is in a quiet street, yet close to everything, suitable for solo traveler (or couple), for hippie souls. Parking is free. Veggie dishes might be available on request.
