Have fun with the whole family at this stylish accommodation in the heart of Yamba. The property is walking distance to town and the beach. Views to the river . Parking both front and back of the property. Park the car and walk to restaurants, cafes, pubs, the golf course, the bowls club, and amazing beaches. We do not allow large or loud parties and ask all guests to not be on the deck with loud music or people after 9pm. We ask you to respect our neighbours. There is no inside dining table.

The 1950s cane cutters Barracks looks the same outside but inside it has become a comfortable modern guest wing to the 1920s farmhouse. On the top floor, there are two ensuite rooms with queen beds, and a third room with two single beds which has a bathroom downstairs. There is a living room and limited kitchenette (no oven or cooktop). Luxury on your own, or up to six together. There are breezy decks all around, with great views over the cane fields, set in the midst of a working farm.

Nestled on the edge of Yuraygir National Park and Lake Wooloweyah, in Yaegl Country, Greenpoint House is just 800 metres to secluded Greenpoint Cove and 2kms from Angourie Surfing Reserve, Spooky Beach and Yuraygir Coastal Walk. This architecturally renovated beach house has a large open plan living and dining area, with lake and sweeping bush views. Pure serenity. Three double rooms to accomodate a medium sized family. Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town.
