This is a beautifully renovated one-bed apartment in an historic Liberty Villa in the village of Mezzegra. It is very close to the top 3 sights on Lake Como, and to local shops and cafe's. Approximately 3 mins. walk from the Villa there is a beautiful park running down the lake, which is 150 meters away. Very centrally located the apartment benefits from a private terrace, balcony, secure parking and a communal swimming pool in the rear garden. It has been newly renovated for this summer

The apartment is located in "Villa Maria" one of the most beautiful ancient villas of Como Lake. The Villa is surrounded by a 4 acres park with a 25 metres swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling court, all freely available to the guests. The apartment is located at the ground floor and it is composed by a living room, a kitchen, two small bedrooms in the mezzanine (one pass through the bathroom), one bathroom. The apartment has a private car park inside the Villa. No A/C and Wi-Fi.

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.
