We are located at the foot of San Marco d 'Alunzio, under the Greek Temple of Hercules (4th century BC). The hilly village is located in the center of the two provincial capitals, Palermo and Messina. Capo d 'Orlando, famous for the sea and its beaches, can be reached in just 20 minutes. The motorway exits of Rocca di Caprileone and S.Agata Militello are 15 minutes away. The view from our terrace is wonderful! More than 90 km of coastline are visible from Cefalù to Capo d 'Orlando, including the Aeolian Islands.

Beautiful studio apartment in the heart of the city. It stands out for its central location and view of Corso Umberto, the "living room of Taormina". It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and all the city's attractions. It is a 10-minute walk from the Ancient Theater, very convenient for concerts and events, a 2-minute walk from Piazza IX Aprile and Piazza Duomo. Easy to reach in a few minutes on foot from the "Porta Catania" parking lot. Entrance to the property on Corso Umberto.

An Araucaria by the sea 1!

Siete pronti per alcuni giorni di puro relax in un borgo marino? Benvenuti nella mia semplice e graziosa mansarda in forte simbiosi con il mare. Il trasparente mar Tirreno per assaporare il suo profumo sin dall’ alba e godersi ,una volta rientrati, quel caloroso ricordo nostalgico del suo rumore. “U scrusciu do Mari” cosí lo chiamava Camilleri. Da noi vi sentirete come a casa; ogni mattina sará il mare a farvi compagnia dalla vostra comoda terraza! Cosa desiderare di piu da una pausa relax?

La mia struttura è situata in località residenziale, silenziosa e panoramica. L'accesso è in strada privata, Appena 30 metri fermata dell'autobus con Capolinea Stazione Ferroviaria e Messina Centro. A pochi minuti di auto, sono disponibili tutti i servizi necessari, ed a 14 km ingresso Autostrade Siciliane per tutte le direzioni. L' appartamento si affaccia sul mar Tirreno ed a pochi minuti di auto è possibile arrivare sul mare Ionio ed ammirare la spettacolare fusione dei due mari.

Charming loft with private outdoor jacuzzi

Independent attic in villa, with gated property. Very central place, perfect for staying in peace but close to the sea. The attic is accessible by using an outdoor staircase. The large terrace has breathtaking views overlooking the Gulf of Patti and the Aeolian Islands. Ideal place also for smart work, it is only 800m from the central square and 1.4 km from the seafront of Patti Marina. Railway station only 1.2 km away.
