Vous serez séduits par sa grande pièce de vie au rdc avec un espace lecture/dessins et jeux pour petits et grands. A l'étage, 3 grandes chambres équipées de lits 160*200 dont 1 avec lit bébé. Charming house with small terrace in the heart of the village of Messery. Close to all amenities, just a few meters away (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurant...). Free parking is available in front of the house. The lake is about a 5-minute walk away. The house is located 5 minutes' drive from the medieval village of Yvoire, 15 minutes from the Swiss border, 30 minutes from Geneva and 1 hour from Annecy city center. The first ski resorts are approx. 40 min. away.
