Private entrance to guest house with private patio with outdoor sitting and BBQ. Casita and everything in it is fairly new. Queen size bed with luxury linens, comforter and pillows. Table top bar that can also be used as a desk. Small kitchenette with a small refrigerator with freezer, microwave and grill.

Simple, downtown studio in a historic neighborhood. 10 min walk downtown, 5 min drive to the airport, immediate access to freeways; central to all spring training fields, golf courses, and hiking trails. Ideal spot for *self-sufficient travelers* who will be out and about, and need a quiet, functional place to crash in the evenings. High-end, queen-sized bed. No washer/dryer, but plenty of laundromats nearby. Bath tub drains slowly. Studio is not suitable for *any* animals.
