We offer a bedroom + private bathroom + a living room (Netflix TV, fridge, microwave) with direct access to the garden. Our family lives just above. You can have breakfast with homemade jams on the terrace or in the living room adjoining the bedroom. We are close to the faculty,the body of water, the Opera,the pedestrian center and the cathedral. Many shops, restaurants 2 steps away.
