From the 17 square meter south-east terrace, the view extends into the countryside. The detached single-family home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with free parking. Close to the city and in the middle of a 1200 square meter property with beds and trees, under which our small flock of chickens and rooster Hugo are at home.

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The "Residence at the Kaiserthermen", built in 2017, is located just a few minutes from the center of Trier. A tastefully well-equipped small and quaint apartment, about 21 sqm in size. Accessibility from the apartment: all (historical) attractions of and within the city center (about 7 min walk), bus stop to the University of Trier (50m), the Academy of European Law (5 min walk), bus line 303 to Luxembourg (about 7 min walk), shopping (2km walk or into the city center).

Bus connection to the university in the immediate vicinity, as well as three supermarkets and a cafe.

The fully equipped apartment is located in the central city center of Trier. It is a three-minute walk from the Porta Nigra and thus in the central pedestrian zone of Germany's oldest city. The apartment was completely renovated in summer 2019. Shopping facilities of all kinds, bars, restaurants, museums and the train station are within walking distance. The atmosphere in the east quarter of Trier is familiar and scenic. The pedestrian zone with all the sights, museums and shopping, train station, but also nature, vineyards and beautiful hiking, everything is within 10 minutes almost at the doorstep. A convenience store, bakery, wine shop, a 24-hour gas station and a burger and pizza take-away... are all around the corner! As well as the train station and bus stop.

Located between forest and city, near the beautiful Moselle, you can walk to the center of Trier. Lovingly furnished, you will find everything in the apartment to relax after an eventful day. Thanks to the good bus connection, you can reach all the sights of the historic Roman city in a few minutes.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
