Dear guests, We wish you a pleasant time in our newly renovated apartment. Enjoy your stay and feel at home. The apartment is located in the city center. The house can be reached in 10 minutes by foot from the train station. The nearest tram stop is around the corner. By car you can easily reach your destination via the Kronenbrücke. It is 3 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground. Parking costs €10.00 per day.

Kleines Bad mit WC und Dusche, komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Gasherd und Backofen (ohne Spülmaschine, keine Mikrowelle), Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, schnelles WiFi/WLAN, kleiner Fernseher, Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Liegestühle im Garten dürfen mitbenutzt werden. Für kleine Gäste: Babynest oder Matratze zum Anlegen, Hochstuhl, etc. siehe Bilder im Inserat.

Small, bright one room apartment (20qm) with a nice bed (200x 140cm) invites you to linger in the tranquil Merzhausen that lies directly next to the Freiburg district Vauban and the beautiful Schoenberg. Ideal for the perfect mix of city break and nature recreation! We can provide an own parking space if needed in front of the house at the left side (costs 10€). Arriving is flexible because we live in the house next door. Checkin is possible and time after 4 pm.

Bright one-room apartment in a listed and core renovated Gründerzeit villa in the quiet Freiburg villa district Wiehre. The center is 600 m away. In the area there are numerous nice pubs, restaurants and good shopping. The apartment has a new fitted kitchen (kitchenette) including dishwasher, so that an open living-dining area is created (the kitchen is not a separate room). The apartment also includes a new, modern bathroom with large shower cubicle.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. By tram you can easily get from the main train station to the apartment. It is an attic apartment with lots of light. A parking space can be provided by arrangement. I live directly under the apartment and am available for questions.

Apartment in a detached single-family house. Private entrance, well-equipped kitchen, nice spacious bathroom, towels and bed linen provided, garden can also be used. One bedroom with double bed (160x200), closet and armchair. Second small bedroom with up to two single beds (100x200) and workspace, also suitable as a children's room. Washing machine and dryer available.

Beautiful, angled and lovingly furnished attic apartment in the Freiburg district of Wiehre in a listed and completely renovated Gründerzeit villa. You will have breakfast on a spacious roof terrace overlooking Freiburg Minster and the Black Forest. The bedrooms are rustic gables and turrets, and because of the sloping roofs CANNOT be locked by doors.

Anno 1898, apartment in old workshop house

You will stay in a small workshop house on the edge of the old town, Wiehre district. Due to the rear house situation, you will live very quietly but still centrally, in the middle of Freiburg. The tram stop and bike station are just 2 minutes away. The infrastructure is extremely good, all important shops are within walking distance.
