The luxuriously designed apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and has been rented since January 2020. The apartment is spread over 3 levels. In front of the kitchen is a small breakfast terrace for 2 people. In front of the living room is a sun terrace with a dining table for 4 people.

Small, bright one room apartment (20qm) with a nice bed (200x 140cm) invites you to linger in the tranquil Merzhausen that lies directly next to the Freiburg district Vauban and the beautiful Schoenberg. Ideal for the perfect mix of city break and nature recreation! We can provide an own parking space if needed in front of the house at the left side (costs 10€). Arriving is flexible because we live in the house next door. Checkin is possible and time after 4 pm.
