This unique place has a style all its own. Enjoy a quiet stay with private access and parking at this one bedroom apartment in Lathom. Well presented with open plan kitchen, dining and seating area, leading to a king size bedroom and en-suite. Small dogs are with prior approval £10 per stay. If more than two dogs an additional charge of £10 will be requested for cleaning. Please add at the booking stage if you intend to travel with your dog. Dogs must not be left unattended on the property.

To the front, countryside looking out over the Moss and with far reaching views all the way to the hills of Chipping and beyond.

The cosy living space features a comfortable lounge area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a shower room. Newbridge Guest House

This guest house is in a rural location, within the grounds we have 2 fishing lakes which we run as a commercial fishery with farm land all around. There are chickens on site as well as a peacock and peahen. I must make you aware that we have a cockerel and he can be vocal early in the morning, the peacock too, this may not suit everyone. please be aware that there is no oven, but there is a hob, air fryer, microwave and toaster.
