Lovely 2-Bedroom Barge Brunswick Dock Liverpool!

Beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom barge! The boat is located on the Brunswick dock with parking available at the Liverpool Yacht club. The house boat has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful views of the dock. There is an indoor fireplace as well as a TV and Wifi available! Guests have full access to the entire houseboat, no sharing with host or other guests. Upon arrival guests will receive a welcome basket and full tour of the barge! :) *Welcome baskets may vary!

Its 1 min walk to Hamilton Square has largest collection of Georgian town houses The Future Yard is a 5 min walk, guests love it there. This is a prime location to travel for ferry to Ireland.

5 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms - There is a super king bed on ground floor - 4 bedrooms have King sized beds and two have two singles - so can comfortably sleep 14. You have access and use of the massive Kitchen, lounge and a garden at rear. Parking is free. Families welcome. The house is 30 mins walk away from the city centre in a culturally diverse area of Liverpool - amazing places to eat locally and very close to city's best green spaces - see Lark Lane and Sefton / Princes Park.

Characterful period flat

The flat is in a listed building on a private road, close to the city centre. It is very spacious and has many original features, with lots of room in the sitting room and kitchen-dining room to hang out, cook, or work. Nestled at the edge of the park, a beautiful place to walk, run or play tennis, the loudest ambient sound is bird song. We are ten minutes by cycle, bus or taxi to the city centre, with plenty of off-road parking next to the flat.
