We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. Quant, lock off one bedroom guest suite in beautiful neighborhood in Merced! -Separate entrance - Entire suite - 1 bed 1 bath with a living room, kitchen and a laundry room - Beautifully decorated - Clean and cozy The guest suite shares 2 common walls with the main house which are not soundproofed. You may hear the sounds from the main house, we have a sound machine in the bedroom to help block it, but not sure about the result. Please do not book this place if that bothers you. Thank you! :)

This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse
Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.
