Located in Saint-Jean Montclar resort, our nice apartment is perfect to enjoy the mountain in winter and summer. It is at the 3rd and last floor of a recently renovated residence (2015), offering a lovely view of the mountain. In the heart of the resort, close to all shops and entertainment (pumptrack, ice rink, tennis, children's games ...). Ideal starting point for adventure: winter sports (chairlifts at 100m!), hiking, trail, marmots watching, mountain bike, paragliding... All for fun!

Ideal studio for a family stay of 3 to 4 people, whether for winter sports or summer vacations in the largest resort in the Southern Alps 2 bunk beds size 140 separated from the living room to enjoy 2 distinct areas. Separate bathroom and toilet. Recently renovated with the creation of an enclosed veranda to enjoy your meals according to your desires: Windows open in summer or closed in winter but always letting you enjoy the panorama. New, beautiful lake landscape, quiet residence

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

Very bright 35 m2 2-room apartment, refurbished on the ground floor in a quiet and secure residence. South-facing terrace and garden of 30 m2 with lake and mountain views. Possibility to park your car in the building. The kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Located less than a 10-minute walk to Embrun lake, a 5-minute drive to the city center, and about 20 minutes to Les Orres station.
