Lobsann: small practical studio for one person

Ideally located in a small village in the Vosges du Nord Regional Park, this small NON-SMOKING studio is accessible via a separate entrance on the ground floor of our house. The studio has the central heating of our house and its kitchenette is equipped with a multifunction mini-oven and a refrigerator. In the bathroom: a shower, a sink and a toilet. Netflix, Prime video, Arte, Youtube, etc. are accessible on the television connected to the optical fiber by wifi.

The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. Keep it simple at this peaceful place, a 5-minute walk to the city center and its beautiful ramparts. The apartment is bathed in light throughout the day. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area and a large living room with sofa bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, separate toilet and bedroom.
