The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. Good public transport connections (buses, 2.5 km to Neusser train station), shopping and laundromat nearby.

Dear guests, the light-flooded lovingly furnished apartment has been located on the 2nd floor since 07/10/24., two-party house (separate entrance with key box). The bathroom is new (July 2024). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, sink, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, microwave. The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed 180 × 200 cm. There is also a dressing room located behind a decorative glass sliding door.

Cozy whole apartment with view of the countryside

Spacious, quiet, safe and very bright accommodation, above the rooftops of the city, as well as great views of the garden towards the forest. Everything you need for a cozy stay can be found here and the unobstructed view of the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa. The city, the CentrO. and the nearby huge Ruhrpark invite you to take a walk. Above all, the apartment is absolutely quiet, private and secluded. Note, we don't have an elevator.
