Cozy accommodation in a caravan above the valley of the Střely River. Come and stop and clear your head in the beautiful local forests. Like in the old days, without electricity and with hand-heated water, you can try a slow way of "being". Don't worry, everything is arranged so that your comfort is not disturbed. On frosty days there is nothing to worry about, the new tiled stove will heat the caravan beautifully and the water will not flow from the tap, but it will be prepared for you anyway😊 By agreement, it is possible to arrange breakfast in a basket with delivery.

In the Ore Mountains near Karlovy Vary and Boží Dar, in a small village, I created our refuge. A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (for an additional fee) and a home cinema. We'd love to lend you our place. The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. We want you to feel at home here too. Mountains, nature and a spa town, there's a little bit of everything here!

The cozy, stylishly furnished 2 + kk apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings of the Ore Mountains, in the village of Černý potok, just 10 km from Klínovec. The apartment offers: Living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette. Bedroom with double bed. Full bathroom. On the ground floor of the building you can use the sauna with a relaxation room. (online booking). Sauna is for a fee. The apartment is located in a quiet location near the forest, 15 km from Klínovec. The apartment has a terrace with a small seating area.

We are happy to welcome you to our spacious house, which underwent a complete renovation in 2023. We love comfortable sleeping, our sauna (extra fee), warm floors, natural materials, live fire and undisturbed views. Your children will play with us, the dog will run freely. We love the changing weather and walks in the wild with almost no contact with civilization. In summer, natural swimming, in winter, cross-country skiing right from the door. This is our world here, hidden in the mountains. Come and tune in to peace and nature...

Treehouse Úlovice

Wellness stay/glamping in the treetops. Cozy, comfortable and fully equipped Treehouse Úlovice is located in the picturesque nature park Džbán above a small village. It is built on a slope on massive beeches and hornbeams, which provide a solid foundation for both the residential part and the large terrace. There are only 6 steps to the Treehouse, but the terrace is about 7 meters high. You can get here by forest road. Parking is provided for free for guests and then you will have only 350 meters to the house.

Villa Vykmanov

Discover a stylish mountain villa with private tennis court - an ideal setting for relaxing escapes, family gatherings or celebrations. The house sleeps 17 guests across two floors with a separate apartment for larger groups up to 32 guests. Unwind in the games room, enjoy barbecues on the terrace, or gather around the campfire. In peaceful nature, the villa is just a short drive from historic castles, charming towns, and popular ski slopes - perfect for active adventures and tranquil retreats.

The cottage is located in the village of Údolíčko, 1 km from Perštejn, where you’ll find a brewery, swimming, rocks, and other attractions. It is in a beautiful, picturesque valley leading into the Mountains and offering complete privacy. It is fully fenced with direct access into the forest. There is a large terrace, a covered terrace with a fireplace and a relaxing garden with a view. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage. There is a sauna for up to 6 people with a shower.

Apartmany Peringer - cosy mountain villa

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

In the house you cook on a kitchen stove with wood, relax in a solid wood family bed (270 x 200 cm) made of stone pine and feel a very special room climate through the clay plaster. Everything is pure nature.
