Peace and comfort await you, combining the magic of nature with modern facilities. The perfect escape for two – a romantic weekend or a moment when you want to switch off the world around you.

A unique experience in a 17th-century house. You can go fishing. There's an outdoor grill with seating. The house has a snooker table, darts, and a PartyBoss with a microphone. The house has a gym, a bike room, and a ski room with a ping pong table. It is possible to reserve 2 electric bicycles in advance. The house is located by a busy road. There are 2 exits from the house, which are not easy. It is also possible to park by the church in the parking lot. The whole house is quiet and there is no noise. The garden is a short distance from the river with nice privacy and only nature.

A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (for an additional fee) and a home cinema. We'd love to lend you our place. The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. The duplex apartment is located at the highest point of the village of Loučná at an altitude of 1000 m above sea level, with a breathtaking view of Klínovec and Fichtelberg. You can enjoy the views while sitting on the balcony or at breakfast. The apartment is within walking distance from Skiareál Klínovec. In winter you can enjoy skiing, from spring to autumn a trail park, cycling and hiking in beautiful nature. Please note that you will be required to pay a mandatory tourist tax of CZK 50 per night for each person over the age of 18.

There is a large terrace, a covered terrace with a fireplace and a relaxing garden with a view. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage. There is a sauna for up to 6 people with a shower.

After the original cottage burned down in 1987, we designed and built the cottage in its current form within 3 years, and we try to continue to maintain and improve it for our, but especially your, comfort. There three rooms: kitchen with dining area and living rooms, and two bedrooms with double beds. The fifth bed is located in the living room. Towels and the sheets are available. Outside area with furniture. Upon request garage with workroom which is ideal for motobikers or cyclicts.

This green house is exceptional in its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original, only newly renovated. We made the other furniture, such as beds, cabinets and cupboards, by hand together with our best friends. We spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)
